WILSON MEDIATION

Resolving Your Dispute Starts Here

Fred Wilson

Fred Wilson is a licensed attorney, actively litigating cases for almost 30 years. His career has taken him to courtrooms across the state and country handling matters in criminal court, civil court, and in the courts of appeal and the Texas Supreme Court. In particular, Fred has extensive experience regarding the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA), the Federal Railroad Safety Act (FRSA), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), labor claims, contractual disputes, and personal injury. He has represented clients on both sides of the Bar.

Fred brings this experience to your dispute, not as an advocate but as a neutral, to help you and the other parties find a resolution and closure.

Mediation is a valuable tool to assist parties in conflict with the negotiation and resolution of their dispute

Mediation is specifically authorized by the Texas Practices and Remedies Code (TCPRC), and provides for a confidential negotiation guided by a certified, neutral leader - the mediator - to assist in resolving your dispute. Fred Wilson is certified to serve as your mediator under section 154.052 of the TCPRC. Fred is also a member of the Texas Association of Mediators, the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Texas State Bar.

Pro Bono Service

Mediation is a profession based upon service, with the goal of resolving conflict. If you have a dispute that would benefit from the attention of a skilled mediator, no matter the issue or value in controversy, seek assistance. It’s important.
